About The Position

You will provide direct nursing care including comprehensive patient assessment, developing and implementing care plans, providing patient education, and evaluating treatment outcomes. You will coordinate care delivery with other team members and disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes. As part of PIH Health, you will join a nonprofit, regional healthcare network serving approximately 3 million residents in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley region.
