About The Position
RANGE REFLECTS SPAN OF PROFESSIONAL LADDER. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the staff RN performsprofessional role functions in accordance with scope of practice andprofessional standards, including demonstrating the knowledge and ability touse and/or lead the scope of practice, professional standards and accreditation/ regulatory standards, scope of practice for LVN and all other nursingpersonnel e.g. unlicensed assistive personnel. The RN demonstrates theability to assess their own professional role performance, current knowledge oftheory and principles related to discipline specific practice, and the abilityto use a population based approach to determine patient needs.
Requirements
- Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a Post-Acute or Sub-Acute setting.
