you. We specialize in supporting New Graduate RNs through the transition from
student to professional with a supportive 12-16 week orientation alongside
experienced mentors. You’ll gain immense experience in acute care while being
part of our elite, state-recognized Nurse Residency program for your full first

Requirements

• Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license
• Possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in an acute care setting using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
• Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
• Participates in discharges planning process.
