Registered Nurse (RN) – Neurosurgery Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center, 2900 W Oklahoma Ave; Milwaukee, WI 53215-4330 Where You Will Work: Our 24‑bed Neurosurgical Unit at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center provides care for a diverse and complex patient population. As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , this unit exposes teammates to cutting‑edge neurosurgical techniques, advanced technology, and highly specialized neurological care. You will care for a wide range of patients, including: Post‑operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgery patients Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program High‑volume cervical and spinal procedures Medical overflow patients requiring specialized neurological monitoring This is an excellent environment for both experienced nurses and new graduate RNs , who are strongly encouraged to apply.
