Our Neurosciences Unit is part of our Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence and is looking for inpatient Registered Nurses to join our team. DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: D5A and NIU Neurosciences are a 37-bed neuro-acute and 9 bed neuro-intercare department within a 4-time Magnet designated organization. We provide comprehensive care for complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, brain injury, brain tumors, spinal injury, and spine tumors. Work with dedicated professionals committed to patient centered excellence. Act as an advocate for patients, families, and significant others. Requirements
- Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
- AND required; BSN preferred.
