About The Position

This position is an Hourly position with a pay range of $32.61 - $49.28/hour, based on years of licensure. Additionally, there is a weekend differential of $3.25/hr. Sign-On Bonus Eligible! A $15,000 bonus is available with a 1 year work commitment for new graduates and external candidates. The position has limited weekend requirements, which are self-scheduled per a 6 week plotter. Depending on years of RN experience, the weekend shifts required range from 0-4 shifts. OSF will invest in you on day 1, offering 24 hours of Vacation and Holiday time for candidates with 5+ years of direct experience, available for use beginning day 1, in addition to a generous time-off benefits package. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital, protecting, promoting, and restoring health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of Registered Nurse licensure, collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan).
• Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment.

Nice To Haves

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
• Basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities
