Our physician led medical group enjoys an excellent reputation with patients and the medical community, offering primary care, urgent care and more than 30 different specialties. Neighborhood Health is a mobile clinic that covers various locations across CT. This position requires travel to our home base hubs out of Hartford and New Britain then travel in company fleet to clinic sites. Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide professional nursing care to patients following established standards and practices as a member of the Neighborhood Health team. These activities contribute to meeting the health care, safety and comfort needs of patients and are performed in accordance with all existing regulatory, state and company standards, policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Current Connecticut RN License required.
  • Valid driver’s License within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date
  • Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs.
  • BLS certified obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
  • 3 years as a registered nurse experience preferred
  • Professional nursing experience in an ED hospital, medical office, ICU setting, or Behavioral Health.
  • Triage experience
  • Venipuncture experience
  • Narcan administration experience
  • Experience with medical software
  • Bilingual preferred.
