About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multispecialty Care team. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands on acute patient care at the bedside. Position Specifics: o Department: Float / Ministry o Core Function: Nursing o Schedule: Nights, 36 hrs/wk, 7pm-7am o Facility: St John’s Hospital o Location: Springfield, IL o Sign On Bonus: Up to $35,000

Requirements

• Diploma or Associates degree in nursing is Required
• Illinois: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Wisconsin: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is Preferred
• 1 year of relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in specialty area is preferred.
• Certification in area of specialty is preferred but in some cases may be required to float.
