About The Position

Responsible for coordinating and providing care to patients on the Acute unit which includes assessment, treatment, development of a plan of care and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as an RN.
• Licensed in the State of Vermont.
• Clinical experience in Med-Surg preferred, but willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide care to patients on the Acute unit.
• Conduct assessments and treatment for patients.
• Develop a plan of care for patients.
• Plan for patient discharge.

Benefits

• $7,500 Sign on Bonus for eligible new hires.
• Compensation Min $38.13 / Max $53.71.
• 0.9FTE - 36 hrs/week.
• Shift: Nights.
