About The Position
As a RN on our team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to delivering safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. You will direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. It is essential to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment, and to provide a safe environment for patients and visitors. You will also utilize the chain of command when necessary to ensure patient well-being and appropriateness of care from admission through discharge.
