About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Neuroscience Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit . The RN will provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients with neurological and complex medical conditions in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to MS/Tele and neuroscience patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including neurological status
- Administer medications and manage treatment plans
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to acute changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Provide patient and family education
