About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical-Surgical Stepdown unit. This role requires clinical expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing
- Active RN license (Ohio or Compact State)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic healthcare setting
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Previous stepdown or cardiac care experience
