Requirements

• Current state RN license.
• Associates degree.
• Must have a current valid Utah nursing license, compact state license or Utah apprentice RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities
