About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU) for a 13-week travel assignment in Midland, MI. This position performs a variety of integrated pre and post-operative critical care functions, intuitively, using the nursing process while applying a broad nursing knowledge in a caring, concerned manner.

Requirements

2+ years of SICU Experience is required
Active American Heart Association BLS is required
Active American Heart Association ACLS is required
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Drug screen and background check (facility required)
Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Nice To Haves

Prior Travel Assignment History is preferred
Epic EMR Experience is preferred

Responsibilities

(25%) Assesses patient for physical, emotional, psych/social and family support.
(25%) Organizes and coordinates all aspects of patient care according to the patient’s real and/or perceived needs.
(25%) Evaluates patient progress by correlating patient information with nursing knowledge to determine if goals are being met according to the patient’s plan of care or clinical path.
(25%) Consults and collaborates with members of the healthcare team in planning and implementing total patient care for individuals.
