What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will: Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes. Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care. Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient's journey.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Michigan RN license .
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required .
- Commitment to Trinity Health's mission, vision, and values.
- 1 year RN licensed experience required
- Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. (Typically acquired during 1-3 months of orientation.)
- Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
- Demonstrate and articulate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of Trinity Health Muskegon.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a specialty area preferred.
