Where You Will Work: Med Surg 1 is a 16-bed unit dedicated to delivering holistic, patient-centered care for a wide range of medical conditions, with a strong focus on oncology. Care often begins at diagnosis and continues through treatment, pre-transplant preparation, illness support, chemotherapy, palliation, and hospice care at end of life. Our team is committed to caring for the whole patient and family, providing education and support throughout every stage of the journey. Nurses on this unit receive specialized training to advance expertise in oncology nursing.
