About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands on acute patient care at the bedside. The position is full-time, working nights for 36 hours per week with a weekend option at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, IL. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Work collaboratively with the Medical/Surgical team to provide patient-centered care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
