Schedule: Full Time Nights, 12-hour shifts with every third weekend SIGN-ON BONUS: up to $10,000 payable after hire Loan Forgiveness: up to $21,000 over 4 years Tuition Assistance: up to $7,500 per calendar year RN Referral $5,000 for Advocate Aurora Teammates Military/Veteran Friendly Nurse Residency for RN’s with less than 1 years experience Develop and expand your practice with the following: Build foundational skills and knowledge through Nurse Residency and Preceptor directed orientation. Skills acquired: time mangement, triaging accountabilites, communication skills, pharmacology, lab interpretation, pathophysiology of disease process through a variety of med/surg patients with acute and chronic conditions. Continuity of patient care through 12-hour shifts, patient centered care and team minded support. Develop collaborative relationships with a resourceful multi-disciplinary team. Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
