This is a full-time (.9) Night shift position working 7p to 7a. This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus! The focus of clinical practice/care delivery is on own learning. The role involves using and applying evidence-based practice, accessing appropriate resources, and following unit-based protocols, documentation, pathways, etc. It also involves engaging patients and families in care, following model of care delivery guidelines, conducting patient/family needs assessments, initiating and documenting patient/family education, and advocating for patient/family needs when appropriate. The position requires delivering care consistent with unit operations to ensure safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care.
