About The Position

Requirements

• Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

Nice To Haves

• Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and manage patient care effectively.
• Improve the quality of care and establish professional relationships with patients and families.
• Utilize professional skills and develop clinical expertise in specialty areas.
