Registered Nurse (RN), Med Surg Float Pool, Full Time, Nights (+$10 Premium Pay!)
About The Position
UC Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med Surg Float Pool for the Night Shift at West Chester Hospital. The Float Pool Nurse will support West Chester Hospital’s Med Surg Units and Level III Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures. Additionally, this position offers a $10 premium pay added to the base salary, recognizing the expertise and dedication required for this vital role in providing exceptional patient care. Unit Details: Nurses experience flexibility and variety in their career Employees can do their own 6-week self-scheduling. UC Health has excellent retention at West Chester. Managers will help you go somewhere in the system if needing a change. Nurses have opportunities to be cross trained on different units. UC Health works diligently to grow their nurses.
