Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg & Cardiac Telemetry Units - Southern NH Medical Center
About The Position
The Registered Nurse delivers high-quality nursing care using a patient-centered approach and Southern NH Medical Center’s Professional Practice Model. Through collaboration, evidence-based practice, and clinical excellence, the RN supports safe, compassionate, and effective care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Southern NH Medical Center’s Medical–Surgical and Cardiac Telemetry units provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse adult population across multiple specialized inpatient units. Current openings for Registered Nurses in: 3 East is a 30-bed adult med/surg unit serving patients with orthopedic, neurosurgical, general medicine, and general surgical needs. 3 West is a 22-bed adult med/surg unit caring for patients with general medicine, vascular, GI, bariatric, urology, women’s health, oncology (including chemotherapy administration), and palliative care needs. 4 East is a 31-bed adult med/surg telemetry unit serving patients with cardiac conditions, post-cardiac catheterization recovery, stroke, pulmonary embolism, diabetic and endocrine disorders, neurological conditions, and renal disorders. 4 West is a 22-bed adult med/surg telemetry unit caring for patients with stroke, sepsis, diabetes, wound care needs, renal failure (including continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis), and COPD.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN required).
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of New Hampshire.
Nice To Haves
- Medical–Surgical and/or Telemetry experience strongly preferred.
