About The Position

Sentara Leigh Hospital, located in Norfolk, VA, is hiring an RN (Registered Nurse) in our main Operating Room. We have 12 operating rooms and one procedural room. Up to 60% of our cases are total joints with the remaining cases being general, robotics, GYN, urology, plastics, vascular. As a Registered Nurse with Sentara, you can excel in your career. Requirements

• Registered Nurse - BSN preferred
• 2 years RN experience - OR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Operating Room
• Assist in surgical procedures
• Monitor patient vitals and conditions
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety
• Participate in weekend and holiday call as needed
