RN and LPN Nurses – Join a 5-Star Team at Pines Edge Location : North Hill, Needham, MA Pines Edge at North Hill offers a unique “Small House” model of care, featuring seven households with just 10–12 private rooms — each with its own bath, surrounding a central kitchen and inviting common spaces for dining, recreation, rehabilitation, or quiet reflection. It’s a warm, home-like setting where you can provide truly personalized care — a meaningful departure from traditional nursing homes. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license (Massachusetts)
- Dedication to compassionate, person-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Satisfactory completion of a background investigation is required for this position.
