About The Position

Under the direct supervision of a physician, the RN, LPN or Certified Medical Assistant in Medical Associate is responsible for the delivery of resident/patient care through the nursing process and delegation of the Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) team members.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License by date of employment required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain current Health care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident/patient care through the nursing process.
• Delegate tasks to Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) team members.
