About The Position

Requirements

• Current and valid Texas RN or LVN license in good standing required
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills
• Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about improving residents’ lives
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and extended standing

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate updates promptly
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care every shift
