About The Position

MGA Homecare is seeking dedicated nurses to provide treatment for infants, children, and adolescents according to the active plan of care established by physicians and other healthcare personnel. Nurses will administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies, while documenting all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care. Additionally, nurses will educate patients and their families regarding disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, ensuring that the nursing needs of the patient are met.

Requirements

• Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
• Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
• Home health experience (preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Time Management skills
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Good organization and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care.
• Educate the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
