Registered Nurse (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
RN’S & LPN’s (PART-TIME AND/OR PRN) FOR NEUROGENIC BOWEL & BLADDER PROGRAM. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DIGITAL STIMULATION AND SUPPOSITORY INSERTION LOCATION: SMITHFIELD LPN’s - $40/HR. RN’s - $50HR. Allcare Home Health Agency is a locally owned and operated agency that provides a variety of services to clients in their home and community environment. We are looking for caring, compassionate RN’s and LPN’s to become part of our team. If providing compassionate, quality care is your passion, we have a great opportunity for you. This position involves providing hands-on bowel program through digital stimulation and suppository insertion care to our clients. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
Requirements
- RN license in North Carolina
- LPN license in North Carolina
- Current TB Test
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Auto Insurance
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DIGITAL STIMULATION AND SUPPOSITORY INSERTION
Responsibilities
- Provide bowel stimulation to patients and suppository insertion
- Provide ADL’s to clients after completion of bowel and bladder care
- Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment to Director of Nursing
- Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
- Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentations
