About The Position
Brooksville Health Care Center is currently hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate and dedicated skilled nursing team. Shifts Available 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Weekend Contract Option Saturday & Sunday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM This is a great opportunity for nurses looking for flexibility while working in a supportive, skilled nursing environment.
Requirements
- Active Florida RN or LPN license in good standing
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (New graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support and mentor CNAs while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
- Promote safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance
