About The Position
Mill Manor Care Center is looking for a dedicated, caring and professional nurse to perform Case Manager / MDS duties. The position does not require time on the floor or passing meds, and the position is available to both RN and LPN applicants. The position is flexible, requiring 2-4 days a week between the hours of 9am and 5pm. The Candidate should be purpose driven, quality focused and team minded. No prior experience in MDS is required as we can train and provide all necessary resources for the position. Mill Manor is a privately owned and operated, 33-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility with a 5-Star CMS rating. Management provides a supportive and caring environment to ensure staff success.
