About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered obstetric care in an acute care hospital setting. The RN will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe maternal and neonatal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with obstetric care
• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs
• Identify patient priorities through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans
• Initiate assessments based on medical diagnosis and presenting conditions
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions
• Manage labor progression and monitor maternal/fetal status
• Document care in accordance with standards of practice and patient acuity
• Advocate for evidence-based nursing care and best practices
• Deliver patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned
