The Labor & Delivery unit at North Colorado Medical Center is a busy unit providing a personalized birthing experience to each of our mothers. We provide evidence-based and patient centered nursing care. Our 10 bed unit averages roughly 130 births per month. We provide care to a diverse patient population and see a variety of acuity in patients. This is per diem position with shifts available on Saturday and Sunday 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. There are no benefits associated with the position or guaranteed hours. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
