Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of recent/ current med-surg experience required
Graduate of a National League for Nursing/American Association of Colleges for Nursing accredited program
Current valid New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Nice To Haves

Labor & delivery experience preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing and recent acute care nursing experience

Responsibilities

The L&D Registered Nurse will be responsible for promoting and restoring patients’ health by completing the nursing process
collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends and families and supervising assigned team member.
