Requirements

BSN in nursing required
A minimum of one year’s experience as a clinical transplant coordinator
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities

Nice To Haves

Certification as a transplant coordinator (CCTC) preferred
