Hydration Room®, a vitamin IV and injection therapy clinic, is looking for a motivated FULL TIME RN to staff our Culver City, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, and Redondo Beach locations (must be able to work at all listed locations). We are looking for an RN who is available to work 4-5 SHIFTS PER WEEK AND MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 3 WEEKEND SHIFTS PER MONTH. Our clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 6:30pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Administer IV and injection therapies/medications.
  • Instruct individuals on topics such as health education and general preventative health measures such as diet and exercise.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records.
  • Promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
  • Be able to function in the heat of an emergency and act according to protocol.
  • Work with the District Lead Nurse to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift.
  • Understand great customer service, general sales, and patient care.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers.
  • Responsible for overseeing Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics.
  • Maintain documentation of patient care services.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff.
  • Train new staff.
  • Deliver 5 Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures.
  • Proficient patient charting system, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skill.
  • Valid RN License with no sanctions.
  • Current BLS certificate required.
  • BSN or diploma in nursing.
  • Two years of related experience preferred.
