About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) to support both interventional and diagnostic radiology procedures within a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong critical care background and hands-on experience with conscious sedation, IV therapy, and phlebotomy. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, collaboration, and patient-focused care.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy
• Experience administering and monitoring conscious sedation
• Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verified)
• AHA BLS (required)
• AHA ACLS (required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care before, during, and after interventional radiology procedures
• Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy
• Administer and monitor patients receiving conscious sedation
• Continuously assess patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols
