About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic clinical team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced IR setting, supporting procedures, and ensuring patient safety before, during, and after interventions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
• Strong experience with IV insertion and phlebotomy
• Hands-on experience with conscious sedation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verified)
• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patient status
• Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures
• Administer and monitor conscious sedation
• Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
• Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education and care
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
