About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of their licensure. This role involves collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to ensure care coordination across the continuum. The RN assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains a professional disposition at all times. This position operates in hospital units that provide 24/7 care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan)
- Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment
Nice To Haves
- BSN
- Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment
- Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
- Hospital RN experience with Tele, Med/Surg, ICU or Stepdown preferred

- SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE! 2+ yrs RN experience: $10K Up front and an additional $5K installment at end of one year. One year commitment. Candidate MUST remain in IMC position to receive one year installment.
