Hours/Shift: Full-time, day shift, 7a - 7p NEW GRADS WELCOME: $7500 Sign on Bonus and $500 Uniform Allowance Kickstart your nursing career with Sentara's dynamic 6-month Nurse Residency Program, designed specifically for new graduate RNs with less than one year experience. The 3East - Intermediate Care Unit at Sentara Virginia Beach General enjoys a supportive team environment and nurse patient ratio including a unit based nurse educator, team coordinator and manager. The unit has an active Partnership council and is currently involved with the hospital Magnet redesignation journey. All new grad RNs receive a 10 to 12-week clinical preceptorship as well as enrollment in the Transition to Practice Program. Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required)
  • Registered nursing License (Required)
  • BLS required within 90 days of hire
  • None required

  • Students in the process of completing an accredited nursing program.
  • Students in the process of obtaining a Registered Nursing License.
