Travel RN/Interim Nurse Manager responsibilities: Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients Plan, implement, and evaluate delivery of overall nursing care to patients Provide managerial support in conjunction with the clinical leadership by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing and patient care personnel Contribute to the facility through commitments to nursing goals, supervision of clinical staff, and participation on the treatment team(s). Assess and provide department with the appropriate Staffing-to-Demand within the area utilizing tools to measure, track, monitor and report the facility department processes Ensure compliance with OSHA, Infection Control and Environment of Care requirements Create a positive work environment for self and others to impact employee satisfaction Ensure area of responsibility is in constant state of regulatory readiness; comply with organization/department policies and procedures. Requirements

  • Current Oklahoma RN license or compact/multi state license accepted
  • At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Previous nursing leadership experience needed
