Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for a 13-week travel assignment in Mattoon, IL. Requirements

2+ years of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Experience - [REQUIRED]
Active American Heart Association BLS is required
Active American Heart Association ACLS is required; ACLS (AHA) - required within 30 days of start.
Active RN license (compact or state as required)
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Drug screen and background check (facility required)
Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Responsibilities

Performs patient care and service through a multidisciplinary team approach.
Assesses, utilizing age-specific data, the patient’s physical, and psychosocial, status in a comprehensive manner
Demonstrates accurate assessment skills, appropriate to the age of the patient
Performs ongoing assessments and completes required documentation within organizational standards
Performs and documents including observation, physical examination, laboratory/test results, and patient response to procedural intervention
Participates in the identification and clarification of patient needs, as evidenced by participation in multidisciplinary care planning, to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Incorporates patient teaching/discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes
Performs all aspects of the position in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.
Participates in performance improvement activities.
