Banner Ocotillo Medical Center is one of our newest facilities that is a four story, 240,000 square foot hospital. We have an in-house Intensivist coverage 5hr/ day and eICU will be utilized to ensure 24/7 coverage. This is a full-time position working three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM including rotating weekends and holidays. The hospital has 124 beds with ample shelled space for future growth. The hospital utilizes cutting-edge technology to improve safety and quality, including robotic surgeries, UV disinfecting lighting, and smart devices for all caregivers. POSITION SUMMARY This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
