Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (ICU, ER, or CVICU preferred)
• PCU/IMCU experience considered with 2+ years
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
• Active RN license (or compact/multistate license)
• BLS and ACLS required (ACLS within 6 months if not current)
• TNCC and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• CCRN preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care for critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring
• Perform detailed patient assessments and respond rapidly to clinical changes
• Manage advanced treatment protocols, including ventilators and vasoactive medications
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards
