About The Position

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit (ICU) . The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience across multiple ICU specialties and be proficient in advanced life support technologies and interventions.

Requirements

• Active New York RN License (must be in hand)
• Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience (ICU, SICU, CTICU, Neuro ICU, Trauma ICU, or MS ICU)
• Travel experience required
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Hands-on experience with CRRT (Prismaflex or NxStage)
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NIHSS Certification

Nice To Haves

• Charge Nurse experience
• Strong cardiac/heart experience (highly preferred)
• Experience in high-volume, multi-specialty ICUs

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity ICU environment
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
• Manage critically ill patients with complex medical and surgical conditions
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and titrated drips
• Operate and monitor advanced life support equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Document care using electronic medical records
• Float to other appropriate units as required
