About The Position
Registered Nurse - RN - Inpatient Unit - Per Diem (7am-7pm) Hourly Rate: $42 an hour on weekdays, $44 an hour weekday night, $46 an hour weekend days, $48 an hour on weekend nights. What You’ll Do: Assess patient and family educational needs and provides appropriate education Applies nursing principles and techniques in the treatment of patients, providing nursing care, emotional support and education to patient and family Initiate interdisciplinary plan of care to address PFC needs Provides safe and appropriate patient care in accordance with protocols, policies, procedures and physician orders Manages medications according to standards Responds appropriately in emergency situations Implements, evaluates and revises the plan of care and directs other in its implementation Provides or facilitates the provision of emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families Participates in the orientation of new employees Provides supervision of all CHHA and Volunteers
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- NJ RN license required
- IV and Medical Surgical Experience required
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Hospice experience preferred
- Bilingual is a plus!
