Registered Nurse Department: Inpatient Rehab Location: Chelsea, MI Pay: $35.64-$49.53 per hour based upon licensed nursing experience + applicable shift premiums (when working afternoons, overnights and weekends) Why Join Us? They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit. The Inpatient Rehab units at Chelsea Hospital care for patients requiring comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation after traumatic brain injuries, cerebral vascular accidents, amputations, debility, poly trauma or spinal cord injuries. Inpatient Rehab is a collaborative program between Chelsea Hospital and University of Michigan Health, staffed by a team of award-winning U-M Health rehab physicians and Chelsea Hospital nurses, therapists, and specialists. Our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit has recently expanded to a 40-bed unit and is now accepting higher acuity patients. As part of our commitment to excellence in patient care, we are proud to be participating in the Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Model System. Shift Available: 7am-7:30pm Status Available: Part time, benefit eligible (48 hours per pay period – every two weeks) Weekend and holiday rotation required
Requirements
- Requires current Michigan Nursing License
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- New hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five years
- Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply
