Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient - Night
About The Position
Lincoln Surgical Hospital is looking for highly motivated nurses with previous experience or the desire to learn to care for our more complex, multi-specialty surgical patients. We are an innovative healthcare leader in providing exceptional surgical services to our patients. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible for coordinating care of the surgical patient and providing highly skilled nursing care post operatively emphasizing early recognition of medical or surgical complications, which may arise in any patient.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed to practice in the State of Nebraska as a Registered Nurse. Current licensure from a compact state requires Nebraska to be declared as their primary state of residence within thirty (30) days and must also obtain a Nebraska temporary permit or nursing license.
- Current BLS required at time of hire.
- ACLS and PALS required within 90 days of employment.
- Comfort in providing or learning to provide care to medical and progressive status patients.

- Previous post-surgical care experience preferred.
