Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Hospital Claremore is a 49-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity, cardiology, emergency, orthopedics, alcohol withdrawal stabilization, gastroenterology and surgery.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN license in the State of Oklahoma
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certified (within 6 months of date of hire)
Nice To Haves
- (1) or more current years of acute care experience as a RN
Responsibilities
- Supports the organization’s mission, vision and values by exhibiting competence in demonstrating knowledge and skill to carry out nursing process when providing care to all patients
- Supervising delegating, coordinating personnel assigned to unit/patient care when in charge.
- Should always promote teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments, performing age-specific care as appropriate.
