Get to Know Your Team: Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.
Requirements
- Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing
- 1 year ICU experience in acute hospital setting required
- Registered Nurse (RN) with New Jersey Board of Nursing or RN Multistate License from the NCL required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
Responsibilities
- This Registered Nurse position is responsible for planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care
- Developing nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary and communicating changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
