Pay Rate: $1900.00 - $2200.00 per week Shift/Schedule: 7P-7:30A 36 hours per week 13 week contract Location: Metairie, LA Why Choose TBC Healthcare Solutions? Position Requirements: 2 Years Experience Required Epic EMR Experience Required Patient Ratio 1:1, 1:2, & 1:3 May float to ED or PACU to care for ICU patients in those areas. Will float to all adult critical care units. May float to Med Surg unit and assigned to care for max 1:4 in that area. Nurses do all lab sticks, EKGs, and line starts. Active RN License in State of Louisiana Previous Travel Experience Preferred Unit Details: Patients are pre and post-kidney, liver, and pancreas transplants. This unit frequently manages patients with encephalopathy, r/o kidney rejection, acute kidney injury, elevated creatinine, or patients that require esophageal tamponade. Transplant patients stay on unit until discharge and when stepped down from ICU status, they are staffed at 1:3 ratio. Bedside Conscious Sedation. Equipment includes but is not limited to Alaris IV Pumps, CADD PCA pumps, Servo I ventilators, Fresenius CRRT Dialysis machines, NxStage dialysis, Veratron Bladder Scanner & Arctic Sun TMS Credential Requirements: Active BLS and ACLS Certifications Active NIH and CPI Certifications (CPI can be obtained at the facility.)
